Is there a way i can view hacks i have installed on this site?

i installed a warning system a while back and i want to re-install it but im having difficulty finding it. its the one that shows the 5 blocks in the post bit and each warning is 20% towards a ban.

any ideas?

go to quick links in the navbar then from the drop down you should see "SHOW INSTALLED HACKS" its at the bottom click that and it will show all the hacks you have installed
