Hey guys. Got a couple questions here. A friend of mine directed me to a site and I absolutely love how it was done. I am tad confused on a couple things about the site design surrounding vBulletin. The URL is: www.xoohq.com. If you go under some of their sections, they have a forums tab. When you click on the forums, they appear in the pre-existing frame. I want to know how to get vbulletin into an HTML frame like that. Any help would be appreciated. If you have questions about my question, please let me know via posting here or PMing me in the forums. Thanks for your time.

Easiest way would be to just View Source in your browser and hopy how they've done it. Alternatively, search google for HTML + Frames
