Hey all,
Added a portal and chaged it's name to index and the forum index to forum.php

BUT

Now if you wanna get into the forum index life becomes harder, so is there a way where i can chage the link to get to the forum index to forum.php.

Try this, login to your Admin CP and go to vBulletin Options > Forums Home Page Options > Script Name for Forum Home Page. There you can change that to forum.php and you should be good to go.
