Can someone help please

I want to take this html file

http://www.gixxerplanet.com/rotm.html and intergrate it into my site, I want it to have the cmps modules on the left side of it. Where is the help topic for this question? I tried search but can't find the answer.

Basically I want to add RIDE OF THE MONTH in the navbar and when they click it it takes them to that html page/intergrated into the site. I can make it so the page pops up in a new window but I want it all to stay inside the site.
