When I use the internal mass emailer i have to click next next next and I have like 5000 pages to do this on. Can anyone suggest a way that I can send out mass emails to my users? should I use a cron job? Or is there a program I can use?

I have one more question and I didn't find it. There is a site and if I visit that site at the end of the week I get an email with all new posts for that week. It's like a recap of what I missed. Is that a hack that you know of?
