Quick question guys.
I currently am running vb 3.0.7 which has been heavily modded. Im thinking about doing an upgrade to the latest vb but i want to know your opinions. Which is the best way to go about this? Should i create a test environment using a back up of the current SQL, then upgrade the board? or Should i install a clean 3.5.4 and use impex to import the old db? MY main concern is having useless SQL tables or possibly any 'junk' that might come along with the sql and make the new install unstable. All i want is a clean VB up and running. On the current setup i walked into a excessively hacked vb board that seems to have a lot of baggage :cross-eyed: Thanks again guys.. |
