Hi, need to ask about plug-in to show what called a rotating banner for Financial Headlines or Stock Quotes information,
its like a Small interactive streaming Banner (3 Chr lines) on the top of the Main Page.
I see some Flash and Java Examples, but I need to ask if something like that Is already available or not!

vBulletin pages are all created using a Template system. A template is simply HTML, and can be changed to suit your needs.

To add a banner of any kind would just be as simple as to place the HTML-code for the banner on the lace where you would want it to appear.
