Hi folks,
My entire site works around phpBB, and I am looking to upgrade to vBulletin very, very soon. But I have a few questions - would someone be so good as to answer them for me, please?

Firstly, I need my users to be able to log in from ANY page on my site. I have a "Username/Password" box on every page (even non-phpBB pages) where users can tap in their details and just hit "Submit" to log in. Can this be done with vBulletin?

When they log in, can I get the logged in user's details/status from a non vBulletin page? For example, if I wanted my "Competition" page to show the username and avatar say, can vB do this?

Yes, this can be done. have a search for a login for non vb pages.

Im not sure about your second question.
