I've done this three times, each time to a dedicated server and it's just a matter of downloading all the files from your existing site and uploading all the files to your new site if the server paths and URLs are the same. Then make a backup of your database and transfer it to your new database. Best to check here that the mysql host, db name, db user and db password are the same. If not you'll need to edit the /includes/config.php file.

perfect.
do you recommend mysqldump/rsync for moving databases or using ACP to restore ? |

Don't use the ACP as it tends to die if there is a lot in the database
