Popup Only If they're viewing 1 post from search engine

When someone search something and a pge from my forums come up, it comes up like that... Is it possible I can get them to see the whole thread but taken directly to that post.. Like it auto scrolls down to the post. Focuses on it..

OR..

How can I get it to where a popup only comes up when they view a post from the url like that.
