new thread button

Hello Everyone

Im looking for a code that will redirect to a different page when you click on the new thread button.

say the user is in forum ID 22, when they click new thread, instead of going to the new thread page it takes them to a different page. but when they are in any other forum it does not do this.

I have an if condition in my 3.0 that did this but it does not work on 3.5 this is the code im using in 3.0 that does not work in 3.5.
