email not working

On the admincp, there is an option to email all members. It gives you an option to send as a test, which just tests the settings (I guess), or the option to actually send out an email to all your members.....

Well, my "test" comes back "Okay" for everyone, but when I send a real email to everyone, it doesn't go out????????? I am registered twice (with different email addresses) and I don't get the email at either address. I even select the option to send send to everyone, even those who declined to receive admin emails.

What could be wrong?
