Adding Text or Image infront of background image

Okay I would like to add some text, or an image to a specific background I have set in a certain area could someone fix my coding for me I would greatly appreciate it, and it would save me a lot of time.

I'm not sure what you want to do, but:

-Background goes inside the <td> tag.
-If you wanted a background and then image, where you have Image or text here you'd put a <img src=""> tag to call the image. If you want Text, just place it there.
