Yes there is.
But AFAIK it's not available for free.

Yeah - A friend of mine used it on his old site I used to help him admin. If I remember right it wasn't very expensive - Check out this thread for the vB2 version (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...9&page=1&pp=15) there is a big discussion on it there as well as the info to contact him to get the vB3 version,
