If you used PayPal, file a fraud complaint to get your money back.
I don't think there's a need to post a thread at every vB forum. You haven't even explained as to what's wrong with the installation and how it is half assed. Try that before throwing accusations around.

As for the 'half-assed job', from what I could tell from the tickets it looks like Zachery only forgot to make the template changes, and replied to the ticket one minute after he closed it to ask for your server information again. I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but we are both human and will ocassionally make a mistake. We have also handled quite a few installations and I believe you are the first person with any type of complaint.
Brian installed my CMPS before I upgraded to 3.0.3 and I was VERY impressed with the installation and how long it took. We talked back and fourth througn IM and I am confident that you probably had unrealistic ideals as to how this would go.
Brian even went as far as to install my portal BEFORE i had even paid him to do so.
