postbit original template

i have a problem caused by my own stupidity.

when i installed vb a few months ago, my host wouldn't turn off a script that was interfering, and eager to start fiddling with things, i toyed with a few bits in the database. i know it's a bad idea, and i've since rectified all of my corrupt files. except postbit.

before i figured out there was an easy switch in the options to turn on legacy, i hardcoded the postbit template as postbit legacy, and now i can't switch back. is there any way i can get ahold of these two templates without reinstalling (i'm really worried i might lose all my changes - which are numerous and painstaking)???
