Someone Must Be Able To Do This...

Hi,

I've asked at loads of different websites and no one has yet given a good answer.

All I want to do is display all of the posts in a thread on a SHTML page except for the first post. Basically I will enter the URL in the code so it's completely static.

Can someone do this please? I'm sure it's not too hard but I don't know a lot of PHP.
