Default [FIXED] Having trouble uploading an attachement
I am trying to upload an attachment in the released hacks forum and getting this error:

Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp/phpdlhtVg) is not within the allowed path(s): (/www/vbulletin.org) in /www/vbulletin.org/htdocs/forum/admin/functions.php on line 2097
