Well, one guy on my Forums says that he decided to buy a sticky feature, for 1000 credits. He went to the store and bought it, but it only took away 500 credits. He tried to stick a thread, but it didn't stick. Gave him a message about needing to be a Mod or Admin to sticky a thread.

Somebody, please help me out here.
