Technically I believe the hacks belong to their rightful creators.

The copyright protects their images, name and their content. Not those of their posters.

but it was a nice try.. and not a bad idea either

Also it is not required to list a year for copyright in effect, nor is it even necessary to state that something is copyrighted.

Yeah, it's weird how most people think that the dates in copyrights are expiration dates. Actually, that's not strange at all.
