In vB5 this is done by renaming of page URLs.
Your current home page is named blank...that is to say "/". You need to edit that, and rename it to something else, such as "/boards" (don't use "/forum" as that is already in use). Then rename the articles page from "/articles" to "/". You do this by editing the page in Site Builder and saving it with no changes, then as you save it, you will get an option to change the page URL. |

You can't delete the page, you've probably just deleted the tab it used.
Simply go to path.to.your.forum/articles, you'll see it's still there. |

I'm having the same issue Mark.
It won't let me change the page URL in the site builder. Any help? I did exactly what you said and it won't allow me to change the page url at all. The problem is with the page saving when I change the url. I get a mySQL error. |

I land on ARTICLES page when I enter my site URL, but still on the navbar the "FORUMS" tab is marked (as if I'm on the forums page). When I click either on the ARTICLES or on FORUMS tab on the navbar, I always get to articles page. I can only get to "forums" page if I manually enter www.mysite.com/board (this is what I renamed the forums URL to). Am I missing something? --------------- Added [DATE]1460717499[/DATE] at [TIME]1460717499[/TIME] --------------- Update: After editing the navigation bar URLs accordingly, everything works fine. My homepage URL now leads to the articles page. |
