You could try and make a Norwegian one? Can't imagine it being too difficult. . .
It doesn't need to be done in one session, you could it it bit by bit. Just important things that the user comes into contact with.
I have been doing it as I develop my own site. Not changing the language but changing the wording. It is the same thing.
