Quick Reply tab -> enter to reply not working.

I just finished upgrading, and now for some reason with the standard editor (on any skin, including default) no longer supports the tab key. Before, i'd hit tab -> enter to add my reply. Now the tab key does nothing in the message editor box.

I found an old thread here, but no real help.

Anyone run into this? I thought it might be my skin, but it's the same on the default theme as well.
