Can I change the sender when using the "Send email to users" option?

Hi,
I'd like to change the sender of the email when using the "Send to users" email options.
I'd like that the sender could be a word and not and email.

For example I'd like the sender the name of the website and not an email of the website or at least the option
"NAME OF THE SITE" dem@nameofthesite.com

Is that possibile?
