Tags in posts

How do I add tags in posts. None of my members can do this and I can't either. Maybe something silly but I can't find it anywhere. I enabled in the admincp but still can't add in the forum.

Click the Tag link, enter a tag, click tab to enter another or enter to just enter the one, then click Save.

The tag button is greyed out for all from admin to members.

OK got it. I can now tag a new post or I can edit an older post and tag it. But in the admin panel it says that members can tag other member's post. How can they do this when the Tag button is greyed out?

That option shouldn't be there. Since the only way to add tags to a post/thread is to click the Edit button, there is no way other users can tag the post/thread without being able to edit the user's post. And, since I would guess no admin would set the site up that way, it's just not possible.
