I need help creating HTML CMS articles pages in Vbulletin 4.2

Hello, I recently installed the new version of Vbulletin 4.2 & i noticed that when creating a new article page it no longer shows the option to create a HTML Page.

Is there a way to enable HTML to work on the regular Article pages?
