How can I allow special usergroups to change their title color?

Like a moderator to have red color in his user rank and user title?

I also want the users that belong to those usergroups to be able to set their title.
For example a moderator to be able to be called "ninja mod" and still have the same color as his usergroup.

So far, I have been able to set the user to choose his title OR keep the usergroup color, not both.

I am using vbulletin 3.8.6
