I am getting this error whenever someone tries to write a post on my forum!
MySQL Error : The table 'post' is full Error Number : 1114 My forum has several million posts and the post table 4gb. What do I do? I know that MySQL has a table limit of 4gb but there has to be a way around this. |

Talk to your host about this error. It is usually the OS on the server that determines the max table size - you may need to think about upgrading your OS.

I manage my own server. What OS should I be using? What OS' don't have this ridiculous restriction? Surely there are other large vBulletin forums that have run into this problem as well and figured out how to fix it.
