My "remember me" box stopped working

Seems like the cookies are getting cleared automatically. Can someone tell me what I did to make this happen? Happening to all users i think.

If you close your browser, you have to log in again when u reoorn your browser, please help.

What did you do on your site right before this stopped working?

Create a new style with no parent:

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If it is still happening - Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

Don't forget that for vbseo, disabling the modification means to also get rid of anything extra you added to your htaccess file.

If it's still happening, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

I switched to a virtual server, that is all pretty much. I will try what you said, thx!

Thanks Lynne for your help. It is working now. My virtual server has a root directory called httpdocs, so I had to change that for the cookies. I think that fixed it, but also I reinstalled all the .php files too, so one of the two fixed the problem
