Where or how can I replace the reputation button with either "like" or a thumbs up image?

I am sure it would be a simple change, just need advice on how to do, thank you

You need to replace the following 2 images with the images you would prefer to use:

I did this, but the new images are getting cut off... What can I do?

Resize your images to match the size.
