How to copy a style + add images to navbar links

Hi there, everyone!

I was considering making some changes to my current style, which is the default vB 4 style. Just to make sure I don't mess up with anything, I wanted to make a copy of the default style and make any changes in that copy. Could someone please guide me how to go about with this? All I could think of was to export the current default style and then to import the .xml file once again with a different name. Would that work?

Secondly, I have seen several articles / tutorials on how to add links to the vB 4 navbar. Is it possible to add icons / images along with the link as well? e.g. add a home icon in the Home tab (on the left of "Home" text). If so, where exactly would I need to add the image source for the desired icon?
