thanks guys...hmmm...just dont understand why is still on that way....moderator is always on top of admin

That's the list of Moderators you assign to forums that is displayed first. You don't have to show that list at all.

The forum moderator list has always been listed first, you can turn that off in the options and just display the moderators usergroup.
