Send a PM to certain users every x days

So this may seem silly, but it's something that would help me out a bit.

I have a member who has a task to complete on a weekly basis, and she has been forgetting to do it for the past few weeks so I've had to remind her.

It would be so much easier if I could have a PM automatically sent to her every Friday.

These are the options I would need:

On/Off
Message from User Id
Message to User Id(s)
Message text
Send every: (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.)

I would be most grateful if somebody could do this for me. Shouldn't be too hard, right?
