Default Unregistered users quick reply box on blogs
I have set up my blogs so that an unregistered user may post a comment on a blog. But, unlike a logged in user, in order to comment the unregistered user must click a "post comment" button in order to comment.

How can I make it so that an unregistered user will get the quick reply box?
