Recommend an easy banner ad system please

I'd like use a banner system to rotate public service announcements.
at www.spiforum.org on vB 3.6

Ease of install and ease of use is most important; I am computer challenged.
(I use the wonderful PayPal Donate and it is stupid proof for me.)

vB.org has so many choices, I don't know which mod to choose.
