Subscribed threads listing should have forum and installs

I am sure I am not alone in that I subscribe to threads of mods that I am interested in and want to track/remember.

Unfortunately, when I goto my list of subscribed threads, it doesn't show which forum (or in this case, which version) the thread is in. This would be an easy and helpful mod, both for vb.org and to offer to the community. And including the number of installs for mods would be very helpful as well.

And of course, subscribed threads should be able to be sorted by forum.
