Cant review the IMG BB codes at all on forums

Disable your modifications and see if your issue persists.

like what modification could it be? ill try them all and see then

If you open misc.php go to line 471 it will tell you the hook name. Then go to the plugin manager in the AdminCP and disable the modifications which have a plugin attached to the Hook Location you found earlier.
