Adding forums to this check

VB Coding Question: If I wanted to add more forums to this check, how would I do it? (novice coder here)

if ($foruminfo['forumid']=="57" AND $vbulletin->userinfo['hsa']!=YES)
    {

    }

Would it be like this?

    {

    }

OR

    {
