I have always wondered this but never taken a look into it. I don't think it's in the templates nor files. could well be in the SQL. If you use PHPMYADMIN go in and search "Registration to this forum" under your database and see what comes up

I wouldn't recommend using the above method. Its a lot easier and recommended to use the AdminCP.
Anyway back to the topic at hand: Go to the AdminCP -> Style and Templates -> Style Manager -> Edit Template -> Registration Templates -> register_rules Find: HTML Code:
