mySQL Database question. I have DB from a different forum

that I want to load on to another board I have; it's a test board at a different URL, etc. Can I do that by just changing the cookie on the test board. When I have upload the DB before on to the test board I get these errors and it stops. If I do something like change the cookie on the test board and the Config file on the test board will I be able to upload that data and use it?

Creating a testboard is the same, except you do not remove the board on the "old" server.
