Do the SuperModerators have the ability to ban users by default, or does this need to be turned on in an option somewhere? If so, where do I find that option? I've been looking and I can't find anything about this.........but on both of my forums, the SuperModerators cannot ban people. When one uses the "mod" panel and clicks on "ban user" on the left and that window comes up, the "Move User to Usergroup" gives NO options at all, and when one chooses a permanant ban (or whatever) from the dropdown list and clicks on "ban user," it gives a "invalid user group specified" error.
How do I make it so my SuperModerators can ban users? Thanks! Edited to add: When I open the page for "show all moderators," NONE of the Super Moderators show up there, either. Aren't they supposed to be there? Bump! |
