Probably not, Sometimes the tags go with the header.

Basically its one big template split into many.

Theres your header, navbar, main content and footer.

What you want to work on is header, navbar and footer. Basically the entire thing is a table within tables.

<table>
<tr>
<table>
</table>
</tr>
</table>

it could be something like that. My recommendation is to get too cool tools for any web dev for firefox.

One is Web developer and the other one is Firebug.

Web Dev i use if firebug doesnt have something i need. Firebug is really nice though. In figure bug there is an inspect button in which you can browse the DOM by click on things. Web dev you can edit CSS on the fly, this way you can see what colors should be and all that.

There is also another tool ive seen which is some image replacing one. It will replace an image from your local machine and it will keep it there so you can see what it looks like no matter where you go on your site.

Few other nice tools is MeasureIT and Colorzilla.

I hope that helps you to investigate what it looks like. Basically use the inspect tool and hover over parts, it will show you what it looks like and show information in the DOM explorer. There is also a layout feature and a style feature for css.

Hope that helps. Just remember to check in another browser like IE to make sure it looks ok.

You can have tables inside tables as long as they all close in the right order.

If you have any specific queries about it, just ask.
