Default Advanced Attachement Rights
I have file uploads restricted to a few forums because if I don't it gets really unorganized. My members constantly complain they cannot upload images to the non upload forums to add to discussions and I really wish I could allow this.

I have some PHP programming experience and a lot of time using Vb but I am not sure how to tackle the problem. Could anyone make some suggestions on how best to handle this?
