How would I make a bb code for this?

I'm currently using 3.6.1 vbulletin, and I was wondering how I would make a bb code out of something like

<select name="text" type="Menubar" style="width:"box width here";background-color:"color of box background here"; color:"color of box font here"; font-weight:"normal;"><option selected>Put text here<option>More junk<option>Ect..</select>

as a note, it's a member's html for a drop down box so it might be wrong, but I thought it would be nice to give them a way to make a drop down box for whatever they wanted to have.
