Require X posts a day before viewing attachment

Can anyone make this?

A usergroup must post X amount of times per day before being able to view attachments, and if it can be set for a forum by forum basis that'd be a plus, not really neccassary.

does it work on a X number per day though?

I've already used the built in forum permissions making them post 3 times before leeching my bandwidth, but they are only posting 3 times then thats it. I'd like for atleast a post a day. And here is the link to the .org version https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=106395
