Looking for "Add New Thread Button" for 3.5.4

I have found a couple of setups for other versions, but none for 3.5.4.
I know this version is just about outdated (of course ). But I sure would like to add this button to my show thread.

I've tried using the set up for 3.5.1, but I end up with 3 reply buttons. Two where they normally are located, and one beside the New Thread dead center top of the 'showthread' page.

Anyway, is there one made fo my version?
