Need help on a vBadvanced Issue

No one seems to want to answer a question or diagnose this issue on the vBadvanced forum

The Senareo
On my development site I am testing with. VBA is installed and I have a bbcode Module as the center module. In this Module I use an iframe tag to pull a html page. In the html / iframe page is a flash file that gives some info and such for the site.

Problem
The QLinks (QuickLinks) Drop down when click drops down Behind the Flash in the BBcode Module Here is a Pic

As you can see the Drop down Falls Behind the Module or Flash. I believe the issue is that the code for the BBcode Module / HTML TAG is stating the Module to Stay on top, Causing this effect. I do not know how to fix it let alone where to look....

Anyone please with an idea I would be greatful

Also this happens in every theme, both IE and FireFox I am testing
