criticla problem help me

Iam the one of ur customer and i installed vb3.2 version in last 2 month. but i got the problem with in 2weekas in my version.
it is when i open my site it indicate syntex error or ...../path///forum...index.php....lin 538 like dat... so i tall vb techinical team and they gave me to instruction to.solve dat problem like....
re upload non image file...exce...install.php...{ascii mode}...and then run suspect file in admincp...after that not solved ur problem hook ur pluging using config.php...but i do it. sevaral time but not solve my problem...vb one of technical officer tall me to get one of programmer who know vb system and solve that problem ....if u dont know it....so i got one of my friend and try..but only have dat problemm....after dat i decide to remove data base and evry my upload file and re created data base and reupload vb file in yesterday.......to day...i saw that problem again...so what i doooo..i am real desapointed ur vb s/f. pls help me if u want i give u my customer information (i did'nt installed any pluging or style)
