Default Super Moderators
Er, I don't really know if this is a 'Modification' question, lol. Move it wherever appropriate if need be (Just let me know by PM if possible so I know where it went ^.^)

Anyway, I just had a pretty simple question: Can Super Mods be set to add users to Usergroups? Or is there a mod to allow that?
