[Help] Using name prefixes *everywhere*

I want to be able to see the name prefix and suffix in all places, you know the "markup" you can put with usergroups before and after their name...Anyways I want this to show mainly color everywhere on the site. (For example thread display and forum display)

What do I change to make this happen?

No one knows?

I didn't know this was such a big problem. Looking forward to an update.
